PFT Conference Welcomes Sponsors
The 63rd Pacific Fisheries Technologists (PFT) annual conference, held this year in Anchorage AK, on February 12-15, 2011, relies on sponsors to help fund student participation, student awards and to keep registration fees in line. The conference will take place at the Downtown Marriot Hotel, located at 820 West 7th Ave, Anchorage, Alaska. PFT consists of West Coast seafood professionals from Alaska to Mexico and beyond. The conference is of particular interest to seafood suppliers, processors, importers, academia, government agencies, and others with an interest in fisheries research and issues. PFT attendees meet annually to learn about new technologies and discuss various “hot topics” affecting the seafood industry. PFT also offers an opportunity for networking with colleagues and making new connections. PFT is organized by volunteers.
PFT is a non-profit organization that seeks sponsors to support student participation, student awards, and keep registration fees at a minimum.
Donations in any amount are welcome! All sponsors will be acknowledged in the PFT book of abstracts and during the PFT meeting.
